Bouteille 33cl.

Brown body, medium head that holds nice. The smell is unpleasant. Wooden-earthy, rotten fruit. The taste is also unpleasant. Spices, some fruits, earthy. Think the bottle had his best time... Should be still good it says, but I’ve my doubts.

Lightbrown in color, a little beige colored head. Head goes away pretty fast. Smells of roast and mold. Not really pleasant. Bitterdry tasting, slightly acidic to bitter aftertaste. Not discusting, but nothing to buy again either.

bottle from the brewery store - Pours murky brown with a one finger head. It smells of malt and possibly some figs. It has a sweet, earthy taste with a touch of spice and fruit. There’s fine carbonation and a medium body. Something about that odd earthy flavor isn’t working for me and I pick it up in more than one beer from this brewery. It’s a drinkable brew, but could be better.

Bottled at Kerstbierfestival 2007. A hazy dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of spices and malt, as well as light notes of burnt plastic. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and lighter notes of alcohol.

Bottle, 33 cl. (Thx to zythos) Last saterday with Leen, Marc, Paul, .. Almost clear darkamber color; with a lot off white/beige head. Aroma bit spice, malts, roasted touch. Medium body. Taste full malts, yeast, bitter with an alcoholic finish. Not bad.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear orangey brown with a bubbly, off-white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of overripe fruit and a light acidity. Medium body with a very bubbly mouthfeel - terribly overcarbonated. Notes of nuts and overripe fruit. Has a light underlying tartness while the bitterness is very subdued. 250308
