Light hazy amber coloured beer with a short white head and medium carbonation. Fruity and yeasty hinted aroma. Medium palate. FInish is medium to light touched, some sweet and bitter malty hoppy balanced hints. Rather medium ale.

Hazy blond coloured beer with small white head and only few carbonation. Few herby hopped and fruited aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is slightly sour ending dry.

Bouteille de 33 cl du Marché de Nathalie à Bouillon (B). Bière fauve, pratiquement sans mousse et pétillement moyen. Odeur acide de levure et de cidre. Tout comme le goût, bien acide, lactique, on retrouve la pomme et le vinaigre de cidre. Et celà jusqu’à la fin, citrique et un peu tannique.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt and lemon, leading to a tart finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Sour and yeasty nose with shades of sweet malt in the background, combined with mouldy and lighter spicy notes. Sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty, fruit-accented taste of apples, apricots with a rather restrained malt-character; dry and acidic fruity finish. Not my thing. 22.III.10

Bottle 33cl.
Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and vinegar with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090404]
