Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, vinegar. Hazy yellow, small white head. Metallic, barnyardish nose. Light, a bit hoppy, easy to drink traditional Belgium ale.

Sour and yeasty nose with shades of sweet malt in the background, combined with mouldy and lighter spicy notes. Sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty, fruit-accented taste of apples, apricots with a rather restrained malt-character; dry and acidic fruity finish. Not my thing. 22.III.10
