Bouteille 33cl. Dorée/trouble paille, mousse épaisse blanche. Arôme épicé, agrume et citronnée avec touche de malt. En bouche, le palais me rappelle fortement une note d’arachide ce qui est marrant étant donné que je reviens juste d’Afrique où j’avais pour habitude de grignoter ces dernières. Le tout garde aussi une présence épicée et herbacée avec un profile malt léger tirant un peu sur le caramel. Bière reste sèche et poudreuse en bouche avec épice et citron au fini.

(33cl bottle) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, yeast, citrus, and grass. Flavor of yeast, grass, and earth with a dry finish.

Bottle (33 cl) from Bouillon, Belgium. Clear pale golden with a fizzy white head. Spicy, earthy, floral, a bit unclean aroma. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry with low bitterness.

Bottle at yespr. Hazy yellow coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of spices and citrus with notes of grass. Fruity flavour of spices, grass and yeast. Yeasty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Odd, greasy fruity and herbal aroma. Light body, very dry fruitiness and again this greasy note. Ends dry, yeasty and somewhat astringent. 260911

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, flowers, malt, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes flowers, yeast, malt, and spices, leaidng to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light yeasty. Mild fruity, citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and dry citrusy into a mild bitter finish.

Blonde colored beer. Not too much herb in the smell. Taste pretty ok, but a bit weak and watery.

Bottle, 33 cl. Blonde, pale beer with a nice creamy white head. I have to say; the presentation of the beers of Brasserie de Bouillon is generally more than OK! But the rest is less ok: a weak aroma of some hops, citrus and spices. Taste is more or less a mixture of fruits (citrus) and herbs (orchid I presume) with a light hoppy aftertaste and overall watery. Although the beer is refreshing in summertime (or when it’s hot outside, like today), the beer lacks any strength to make any impression.
