Sep 2, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, fully golden with a white head leaving some laces. Aroma of yeast and phenols. Medium-bodied with lightly tart accents. I wonder if they ferment at too high a temperature at Bouillon? Thert beers really appear damaged. 300806
