Nate (3093) - Indiana, USA - SEP 16, 2004
Caramel popcorn nose, slightly bitter and sweet. Subtle. Actually, more like the smell you get when you open a box of Kellogg’s Sugar Smacks. Deep amber clear with white foamy lacing head. Medium bodied with medium-high carbonation anf bubble burn. Roasted malts, toasted grains, light sweetness. Medium acidity and bitterness to start. Finish is more dry and bitter, grainy. Good amount of hop character, like an APA. After is toasted bitterness and dry.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of metal, leading to a dry, metallic and lightly bitter finish. The body is light.

33cl, exclusive brew, from Willems Grobbendonk, not complex brew, not balanced, cloudy, small head, nothing special

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 21, 2009
Bottle, 6%. Weak grainy aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small floating bits. The flavour is very clean for Bouillon which is not saying much. Anyway, it is like a very clean ale, almost lagery, but of course not crisp.

Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Hazy, golden-orange beer with a large, dense off-white head. Aroma has sourness, fruits and cellar. Sour flavor too, citric and spiced. Thin, astringent mouthfeel. Acidic as usual from Bouillon. (060824)

Papsoe (22948) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2006
(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, fully golden with a white head leaving some laces. Aroma of yeast and phenols. Medium-bodied with lightly tart accents. I wonder if they ferment at too high a temperature at Bouillon? Thert beers really appear damaged. 300806
