75cl bottle. Thanks to Madsnp. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky & pretty much of sour & sweet apples. Sweet & dry. Fresh, woody, mouldy & hayish! Very drinkable!

75 cl corked bottle:
Deep golden colour. The head sizzles and disappears instantly. Apple juice aroma. Tastes like old winter apples. Somewhat fizzy. Somewhat dry on the gums. Drinkable but not very exciting.
