Oct 31, 2009 Bottled. yellowish golden colour with no head. Aroma is green apples, wood, applejam, and some slight notes of sulphur. Flavour is being quite much the same, in a rather nice way. Mild herbal notes as well.

Mar 21, 2009 75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully gone head. Dry sulphorish and mild apple aroma. Mild citric apple fruity flavoured. Light sulphorish from back of the nose. Bitter and citric apple flavoured finish with a lasting dry sulphorish note into the far finish.

Aug 1, 2008 75cl bottle. Thanks to Madsnp. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky & pretty much of sour & sweet apples. Sweet & dry. Fresh, woody, mouldy & hayish! Very drinkable!

Deep golden colour. The head sizzles and disappears instantly. Apple juice aroma. Tastes like old winter apples. Somewhat fizzy. Somewhat dry on the gums. Drinkable but not very exciting.
