Bottled, 750ml. Carbonated brown gold with no head. Carbonated apple juice with just hints of alcohol, sweetish despite the Brut tag, but a reasonable enough table cider. Fresh with a late touch of skinny sourness. It’s ok.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2011 750 ml bottle. Deep golden colour with a disapearing white head. Apples, wood/oak, lightly sour/acidic, a bit dusty, rather dry. Some cardboard in the finish. Maybe a light hint of horseblanket. There are much better ones.

Appearance: deep colour of apple juice, appealing.
Aroma:fermented apples fruity and just as i remember from a cidrerie in Normandie.
Flavour: Very nice, dry, fruity and with a sweetness in the background.
Mouthfeel: Average
Total: A very good cider.

0.75 L corked bottle. A lively pour, leaving a fully diminshing head over a clear, pure golden body. Fresh smell of jammed apples. A note of sulphur, and something reminding me of fresh herbs and birch leaves. Dryish apple flavor with a light astringent touch. Wooden notes, some acidity too. Slick, soft sparkling mouthfeel. Well balanced, good drinking abilities.

750 ml bottle. Hazy yellowish amber colour. Crisp appley nose with hints of tannins and oak. Soft texture. Fairly low carbonation level. Quite hazy for the style, but rich and flavourful. Refreshing too. Excellent everyday cider.

Clear golden coloured with a small white head.
Fruity aroma of apples with notes of apple peel and wood.
Fruity flavour of apple with notes of apple juice, apple peel and wood.
Dry finish of apple peel.

Golden color with a white head that quickly disappears. Ripe red apples along with noticable brett/stable in the aroma. Taste starts semi-sweet but is dry in the end. Nice, straightforward and easy to drink. Carbonation is soft, almost flat, I would have liked it more lively.

Bottle. Prickling. Plenty of apples in aroma with some yeast and wood. Dark yellow colour with white head. Dry apple flavour. Nothing complicated. Rich carbonation.

Bottled. yellowish golden colour with no head. Aroma is green apples, wood, applejam, and some slight notes of sulphur. Flavour is being quite much the same, in a rather nice way. Mild herbal notes as well.
