Tap at Brouwer’s. Pours reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma seems vanilla/bourbon. Slightly sour. Flavor starts like amber - but bourbon/vanilla builds strength with time. Ends quite nicely.

thanks bhensonb! little tart aroma, mostly old oak and soft light bourbon. dark amber maroon, frothy pale tan head. little kiss of bourbon, some charcoal, little vanilla, quite the sipper given what this is.

On Tap at the Boulder Beer Company, Boulder 15/09/2010 Some oaked aroma. Golden coloured smooth on the palate fruity and hoppy with a hint of dryness in an oaked finish.
