Theis (2484), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 21, 2008 Cask at Boulder beer. Clear yellow / golden - white head. Sweet malty, light hoppy, cardboard, clear pilsner malty, citrus, grape, sourness, bitterness, oxidation. Bad (5/2/5/2/11)..... Got it a couple hours later at Walnut brewery. Clear amber - white head. Grains, lots of grains, mysli, honey, sweetness, light hoppy, clean nice. rederic (1507), montréal, Quebec, Canada Nov 20, 2008 On tap at the Denver Rock Bottom, honey gold color, with a white head, light toasty, caramel malt nose, with a faint floral hop, peachy aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a grainy, toasted malt character with some toffeeish accents, a faint floral hop leafy, peachy note, leading towards a light lingering hop bitterness finish. Strykzone (1071), Wood River, Illinois, USA Oct 31, 2008 Clear gold brown with very little visible carbonation and a small off white head. Aroma is thin but caramel, honey, and faint hops can be found. Flavor is, again, caramel with some floral notes, grass, cardboard, pepper, bread, and a bit of butter. A nice variety of flavors but little volume. Feel is vibrant and effervescent. A nice beer and a good representation of the style. Skinnyviking (2969), Copenhagen, Denmark Oct 21, 2008 Draught. Low white fluffy and quickly disappearing white head. Hazy golden body. Mild fruity honey aroma and flavor with a heavy carbonation and a short aftertaste. drjay44 (225), Colorado, USA Oct 18, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin, fizzy, head, with slight lacing, over a golden, clear body....mild hop nose, with mild malts....initial tatse is of mild malts then pleasant late hop finish...creamy mouth feel due to carbonation. A pleasant light APA.
