Sweet honey biscuits, mild bitterness. Big carbonation, lighter body, finishes sweet malty biscuits, but crisp, All around nice easy drinking beer...the biscuit quality makes this particularly tasty. This pour was light yellow and frothy white head. The aroma is sweet with apricot notes. The Taste is well balanced hops and malts, with more golden raisin notes then the apricot that I had expected. The Finish is crisp and clean. Pretty tasty. mikehanneman (4), Alabama, USA does not count | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 8, 2009 I was disappointed with this Golden Ale from a great brewery. Nothing to write home about. Average taste, aroma. I don’t regret trying a beer I haven’t tasted before from a company that produces other beers I like a lot. Pass on this one though. dnstone (321), Mons, Belgium
