12oz bottle pours amber with a short white head that stays pretty well. Aromas of slight pine and a touch of grapefruit with good caramel behind that. Flavor is some decent citrus notes blended nicely with some caramel malts, a touch of spice at the finish. Medium body with lively carbonation but an overall balanced brew.

Oct 11, 2008 12 oz. bottle pour. Wonderful hoppy aroma, nice off-white head. Nice hoppy bitterness, with a touch of malt. Perhaps a bit over-hopped, but I like it.

Oct 7, 2008 Pours orange amber into a shaker. Fizzy off-white head pancakes as it recedes. Deep pine and resin aromas. Crisp with citrus (orange and grapefruit) from front to back. Dry lasting grapefruit and orange finish.

Oct 5, 2008 12-ounce brown bottle in Albuquerque. Amber color, creamy white head and lace. Intense hoppy aroma. Medium body, pronounced hop flavor and bitterness. Subtle malt flavor, late alcohol notes. Even dry/sweet flavor balance. Not well-balanced, but likely to appeal to hop-heads.

Oct 3, 2008 (bottle) Hazy orange body and medium off-white head with peaks and lacing. Wonderfully floral, fruity and hoppy aroma - sweet, fresh grapefruit. Light bodied, and tingly carbonation. Flavor is sweet, but dries up somewhat on the way back. Lots of fruit, some caramel.
