Formerly known as Hazed and Infused

This unfiltered dry-hopped ale is "hazed" in its natural state and "infused" with a Crystal and Centennial hop blend, creating a flavorful aromatic brew. 12.5 Plato

Hazy in its natural unfiltered state, Hazed is dry-hopped during fermentation infusing big, fresh hop flavor and aroma into the beer without adding bitterness, making Hazed a very approachable hoppy brew. Tapping into the creative spirit that launched Colorado’s First Microbrewery, the brewers at Boulder Beer Company have blended together four different hop varieties to give this amber ale a unique aroma, with just enough yeast for a full mouth feel and a smooth, easy finish. So sit back, relax and get hazed.

Not bad, not offensive, but lacking any true flavor. Middle of the road, many worse, but many better.

Tap at rock bottom at the airport. Light amber color with medium bubbly white head. Strong malt and hop nose. Full body, high sugar and malt. Some floral but subtle. Good when very cold but worse as warms. Pretty good.

Malty, caramel, citrus in the aroma. Light brown with small head. Medium body, medium carbonation. Somewhat malty, but with dry, slightly bitter finish. It’s ok nothing special. Session but not enough flavor.

This pours a semi-clear dark amber color with a frothy beige head. The aroma is weak but has the hint of bitter hops. The taste is interesting as its well-balanced, easy drinking, yet has a bitter taste. Finishes with a lingering bitterness on the taste buds. Pretty decent brew but also easily forgettable.

Bottle 355ml. Pours blond/golden (hard to say; I chugged it from the bottle) with medium white head. Aroma is of citrus, fruits, leaves. Taste is of citrus, fruits, bitterness, leaves. Palate: Light-medium body. Medium-high carbonation. Overall: Quite good. Fresh. Nothing overdone. Mild.

Bottle from gbbf 2015 and drunk at home. Clear amber copper brown colour lasting thin white head. some caramel on the aroma. Some light hop. Grassy hop. Light bitterness. I mean it’s like a not very good UK golden ale. In fact it’s an English bitter. Wow we have come full circle. I started drinking brown UK bitter and now we have the emperors new clothes of a session pale ale that is a UK bitter. Weird. Not the beer weird. Just life is weird. And cyclical. OK bitter.
