COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hazed and Infused

This unfiltered dry-hopped ale is "hazed" in its natural state and "infused" with a Crystal and Centennial hop blend, creating a flavorful aromatic brew. 12.5 Plato

Hazy in its natural unfiltered state, Hazed is dry-hopped during fermentation infusing big, fresh hop flavor and aroma into the beer without adding bitterness, making Hazed a very approachable hoppy brew. Tapping into the creative spirit that launched Colorado’s First Microbrewery, the brewers at Boulder Beer Company have blended together four different hop varieties to give this amber ale a unique aroma, with just enough yeast for a full mouth feel and a smooth, easy finish. So sit back, relax and get hazed.

Really unique, tastes like fish fillets, grainy too. Pretty fantastic all things considered. Taste like cilantro and celery mixed.

Canned. Best by 08/05/15. Pour into a tulip. Pours very deep amber color with a sizeable beige head. Aroma is very floral, with pine and citrus notes. Distinct maltiness. Flavor is super malty. Some hoppy floral notes bit overall very malty. Not much bitterness to it. Which is expected based on the can saying outright that it has hop character without bitterness. Not bad. Not amazing.

with orange pour and minimal hops, this is an amber. Smells like an amber alt beer, tobacco, caramel earth. tastes fine, husky grain, hops are orangey/whatever. This shouldn’t be called hoppy or session. Drinks almost like a brown. Horrible marketing aside, it’s a fine beer.

Not has hoppy as I was expecting. Theres a really sweet sort of syrupy aroma. I didn’t really ever get a lot of hoppyness just a lot of sweetness. Taste is quite a bit better but still lacks "hoppy" I was excited for. It’s not bad but I always get pumped about hoppy shit and when I get a dud it kind of sucks.

Aroma is wet hops and wet grass. Caramel aura. Taste is rather malty for being a session brew, and it’s almost spicy in the aftertaste, I get some kind of nutty taste? Not the kind of stuff I was expecting but overall a decent brew.

This was the 2nd brand of dry hopped pale ale that I tried, the first being the dry-hopped red ale by Rogue. This is a thinner color, slightly amber with a hint of red/orange. It is pretty hoppy, but not as heavy as some other dry hopped or super hoppy beers I tried. There is a good balance of sweetness from the malts and a good piney taste. I will buy again I’m sure, but keep passing it up for something new. Another good brew by Boulder Brewing Co. I am "hopping" on the bandwagon.

Pours an orangish amber color with off-white head. Light pine, citrus, and some malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a nice balance between the resinous hop flavors and the malts.
