Color me impressed! This ale’s appearance is marked by dark apricot hue, elbowing a tawny red, with a frothy, milky, cream-colored head. Nose is fruity and lively to the point of rambunctious, high on the citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, and a strong edge of pine and herbs. Very hoppy, but still soft. Hops have a large presence on the palate, and maintain occupation throughout the consumption of this drink, on the tongue and all the back and further into other sensory realms, as well. Full bodied, and creamy. Unfiltered, and it shows, in the very best ways. Relentlessly tasty. Finish is interminable, lush, delicious, highly memorable, highly drinkable. I found myself thinking that I’d found the perfect session brew for me. Hops are full, and deliver excellent flavor, but not so sharp and strong as to kill the palate. I wanted more, and more! Dry-hopped with Crystal hops, that’s the infused part. Hazed refers to the yeasty goodness left inside. The trippy name and psychedelic design on the tap handle seem like a hard sell aimed at all the hacky-sacking Colorado hippies camping out to see the Electric Rubber String Bean Casserole Groove Band, but if it works, good for them! This is a damned good beer! I really don’t think I’ve had anything quite like: a hoppy, but mellow IPA, and a new favorite!

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a deep amber with about a finger of white head. Aroma of caramel and citrus hops. Taste is about the same. Lightly bitter. Medium bodied with a decently thick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, I would gladly drink this again.

Bottle from super market. Amber color, white head. Hoppy taste with fruits, citrus and pine. Very light finish. Pretty decent brew.

355ml can. Pours a hazy, medium amber, white head. Hoppy, very herbal aroma, caramel, spruce, citrus marmalade, grapefruit. Dry, light to medium body, medium bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy, floral taste, carmel, mango, malt, resin. Thins out very quickly, a bit watery. (2012-05-05)

Decent flavor - malty and hoppy, piney but not too piney. Problem is it doesn’t last long and isn’t too terribly memorable. Cool name, but more solid than spectacular.

Nice golden color with a descent off-white head that lingers. Dry hop floral-citrusy, slightly piney aroma. Medium bodied and smooth; a nice malt backbone (not too much) with a nice floral hop character...flavorful with a clean finish.

I love that this one is available in a 12 can pack now. Poured from 12oz can to pint glass: Looks nice. A mellow, muted gold body with a finger of dense, slightly off white head. Decent lacing and hardly any beading. The nose is good and balanced... earthy and citrus hops cut with caramel and sweet grain. The taste highlights many of the same qualities - again, very balanced and totally session worthy. Overall, this is a solid brew. Not really my go-to style but I’m all in when it’s this good.

Draft. Pours cloudy light brown with very little head. Aroma is completely floral. Taste is crisp with some hop bite on the finish. Very flavorful for the ABV. Awesome apa.

This smells awesome. Sweet. Somewhat fruity. Very drinkable. Excellent balance.
