Pours an apricot colour. How un-blueberry like. Smells a bit like berries..sweet juicy flavours with some underlying wheat flavours. Wish the blueberry was more pronounced, still not a bad summer brew.

On tap at Sean Bolan’s. Pour clear golden with small white head. Some thin lacing, light body, low carbonation, and blueberry aroma. Taste is blueberry and slightly tart lemon. This is good.

Kinda blue is kinda accurate as this poured kinda blue and kinda had a little blueberry aroma and taste. Subtle fruit works great if the underlying beer is great but this one’s kinda average.

Drank at Brew at the Zoo 2012. NIce amount of blueberry, some wheat characteristics, at time too sweet.

Tap. Medium tan color, soapy head, pleasantly sweet fruit aroma. Flavor is slightly artificial fruit (but not distinctly blueberry) and some off flavors by a potentially dirty tap line. Meh.

12oz bottle. Aroma of blueberries, caramel malts, a little wheat, and some hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. An ok fruit beer.

12 oz. bottle. BBD 7/04/12. Pours a thin, short lived, off white head, with slight lacing, over a clear light copper (SRM 12) body......nose is wheat malts, light blueberry......taste is very light blueberry, wheat, finishing with a hint of citrus....mouth feel light, carbonation adds a soda spritz. The blueberry was handled with a very light hand, and was minimally present. The result is an American style Wheat with hints of blueberry. Drinkable, light, refreshing, but not particularly interesting unless you are in Utah drinking three- two. BJCP 5/3/10/4/5

OK, I admit that I tasted this right after drinking a pint of Short’s Sour Puss and my tastebuds were still reeling from that experience. But I still expected a little more from this...not much blueberry flavor although it had a pleasent bluish color to it. My wife (who drinks lots of wheat) said that it was ’just OK.’

Bottle. I can see why it was called "Kinda Blue". It was golden with a gentle violet hue. The aroma was a gentle whiff of blueberry and the taste was a gentle barely noticeable berry taste.

Bottle, flash chilled a little too long, so came out a bit frosty. Good and smooth on the pallet with hint of blueberry. Easy to drink. Once it warmed a bit it didn’t seem as smooth. Not bad, but not especially memorable.
