COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

A Sim rate (on tap at Cambridge Common): Sweet, graham cracker aroma with a nice hop hit. Bitter in the start but mellows out with a citric hop finish.

Bottle. Pours a pale orange yellow. The aroma is floral hops and pine. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet hop and citrus. Very refreshing and easy to drink. A very good IPA from Boulder Beer company.

Pours amber wit ha white head. Initial fresh citrus and pine hops, balanced with a sweeter malt. Refreshing, interesting and delicious. The balance might not be as explicit as other IPAs, but this is top shelf stuff.

Pours a cloudy light gold with minimal white head that sticks to the glass. Pretty good pine and floral aroma. Taste lacks the hoppy character though and is a bit pale.

12 oz bottle. Best by Dec. 14, 2011. Pours hazy orange under a small white collapsing head; leaves a collar of foam and itty-bitty lacework. Aroma is bready, wet river rock, caramel. Taste starts out sweet but quickly turns bitter and stays that way through the finish. Taste is more English IPA, than American, unfortunately. I crave more citrus and pine in an IPA. Yet another beer reinforcing my belief that the English created the IPA style, but Americans perfected it.

12oz bottle. Not a bad IPA. Very light bitter hop flavor from aroma to taste to finish. I wont go running back to get another one, but its very drinkable.
