COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

12oz bottle. Not a bad IPA. Very light bitter hop flavor from aroma to taste to finish. I wont go running back to get another one, but its very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. Nose is sweet toasty and biscuity malt with fruity hop notes like apricots. Palate is full, lively and finishes thick with a sticky tongue. Flavors of fruity hops, biscuit malts, and a dryness.

1 pint 6 oz. bottle - pours light gold, slightly cloudy, short, light head. Complex aroma - malt, apple, mild citrus, hop, grass, pine. I taste apple, malt, artificial cherry, citrus and tarragon. Finish is fruity (mainly apple) followed by a nice lingering bitter. Unique and highly recommended.

Bottle- Pours a cloudy golden color with little head. Faint hoppy aroma with a hint of fruit behind it. Little carmal on the inital taste, with the expected IPA hoppiness. No really hoppy bite. More aroma hops and bitttering hops would help this beer a lot; very lackluster.

Appearance is a hazy light gold with a one finger head. The head is quick to fade but leaves decent lacing. Smell is not all that impressive. There are some citrusy notes along with some orange/tangerine sweet scents but nothing is very strong or stands out significantly. The taste is rather interesting. It starts off with a nice fruity sweetness that I associate with stronger ipa’s but this soon fades and is replaced by a biscuity maltiness. Finally there are some slight citrusy hop notes. A decent bitterness pervades throughout. Overall, I think this is a pretty good beer but one that definitely should be enjoyed fresh. This bottle is best by Nov. 30 so not as fresh as it should be. I really think if I had this fresh, those hop flavors would make this beer excellent.

A great version of a classic west coast IPA, The citrus flavor really comes through on this IPA, not the bitter piney textures found in English IPA’s. Very easy drinking beer makes a nice session beer. Found this in bottles at Craft Wine and Beer, Total Wine, Wholefoods, and Ben’s.

pours pale straw color. Subtle nose for an ipa, some hops, citrus notes. Citrus really comes out in the taste with grapefruit like flavours. A light bodied, easy drinking brew. a decent offering but not one of my top ipa’s
