Very grapefruity nose with a hint of wood and light caramel. Rich bitterness. Woody, grapefruity. Evenly balanced and very drinkable.

Jul 20, 2008 12oz bottle from Jans Wine and Boos #2 (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy light amber with a thick white, foamy head that settles slowly providing ample glass lacing. Aroma is sweet ripe apricot, grapefruit, hops, some sweet malty notes. Flavor is much of the same with slight sweet, malty notes at the beginning that transition to deeper ripe fruit, citrus, grapefruit, hops. Light to medium body with a slight bitter, hoppy finish.

Jul 18, 2008 Bottled at Old Chicago at Omaha, NE(maple st.). Nice orange color with a nice head. Aaroma is citrus, malty, hopy and some sweet. The falvor start sweety and get bitter a lot, or you love it or you hate it. In my case, I love it. Mouthfeel is pour bitterness.. If you are looking for a bitter beer on a IPA style, that is the one you need.

Jul 11, 2008 Draught @ the Flying Sacuer, Nashville. This is a decent IPA. I had only a sample, so the color was a bit elusive, but the nose is pretty good, some grassy notes. Fine, thick body. Malt backbone stands up nicely. Can’t find really anything bad to say about this beer.

Jul 9, 2008 Pours a light oragne color with no real head to speak of. Aromas of citrus, poine, and some malt. Flavor has an initial hop bite on the front and slight malt finish. Juicy and smooth.

Jul 7, 2008 Poured a cloudy orange color with an off white head. Aroma is of nice citrus and pine hops. Flavor is a bit thin, but bitter and smooth.
