COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

Slight retention and very little lacing. Smells of hops and slight malt. Tastes maltier then I expected with a decent amount of hops. Short lasting bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, and toffee. Taste is the same with a nice clean bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a stem glass. Pours gold with head and lace. Aroma of bread and grassy hops. Significant carbonation and medium mouthfeel. Flavors of straw and grassy hops, grains, burnt malts, bitter roots. Overall big, bold, flavorful with some bitter notes.

Draft at Denver airport. Very light color for an IPA. Aroma nearly absent. Good bitter up front. Not very complex. Tastes like Amarillo all the way through. Not bad, not great. Would have it again.

Very good classic IPA, bitter taste with some sweet to it. Strong beer, with big flavor. Would get again.

12 ounce bottle. Bright yellow gold color. Large bubbly white head. Rich toasted malt aroma with notes of pine and citrus hops. Big bitter hops upfront with a touch of grainy malt. Finish is dry and bitter with hints of black peppercorns and more pine hops. Nice clinging lace from start to finish. A decent IPA worth trying.

Draft served in a pint glass at Adriatico’s. Pours a somewhat cloudy pale gold color with a finger of creamy white head that lasts all the way down. The aroma and flavor have notes of grassy, earthy, and citrusy (orange, mostly) hops, straw, doughy and bready malts, and a dash of soap. Light-medium bodied, with a bready, slightly bitter mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Really soft on the palate. Drinks nice and easy. I didn’t expect to like it this much. Good IPA.

Growler from a Shell station in Alpharetta. Pours a clear, light gold with a medium, off-white, bubbly head and pretty good lacing. The aroma is lemon juice, rye, brown sugar, and pine. Light, sugary sweetness up front, with a significant bitterness through the finish. Medium body, crisp, very lightly astringent, and fairly clean. Overall, this is a nice, refreshing, and approachable IPA.

Draft - Nitro - Skunky earthy hops, smells like a dank forest. Cloudy copper with a crazy rich white head. Leafy, earthy, dank vegetative hops. Very earthy and mellow bitterness that lingers. The nitro really mellows this out to a very drinkable almost cask like beer.
