COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

Bottled. Great golden, orange colour with a foamy white head and sticky lacing. Aroma of citrus and and floral hops. Easy drinking flavour of oranges and mild bitterness in the finish. Very drinkable.

A deep golden brew with a small white head. Good carbonation. Aroma is bready and slightly fruity. Body is medium and flavor is of roasty honey malts followed by some sweet bread and then more fruit-spice. Somewhat peppery lingering herbal bitter-sweet finish.

Nice IPA, orangey and chill, hoppy without feeling a need to exact any ibu laced revenge. Starts off slightly sweet, but quickly takes a curve into citric, herbal happiness. The finish is dry, with a nice grapefruit and pine needle fade. Good, even if it’s kinda dull.

Very light aroma on this one. Golden-orange in color with a light white head. Hoppy up front, fading into an herbal-"weedy" earthiness. Notes: From a brewery visit during GABF

Orange pour. Not much head. I got excited to try this after seeing the ratings and was a let down. Good upfront citrus hoppy taste, then leaves a bad aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Originally reviewed: 9/2/09. Surprised I hadn’t tried this one before. Poured into my pint glass a crystal clear orange with tons of bubbles rising through. Inch-sized white head caps it off, but this disappears to just a thin sheet on top. Gorgeous sticky lacing rings all over the glass after each sip. This is one of the hoppiest-smelling IPAs I’ve had in a long while. Big citrus, piney, resiny scent bombards the nose. Very sharp and twangy. The mouth is crisp and refreshing. Plenty of carbonation to keep this lively. This is a good bitter beer. If you’re in the mood for one, this’ll scratch you where you itch. There is a subtle sweetness in the middle of this, but it finishes sharply bitter that you can’t dwell on it too long. Like the last reviewer, not sure I could have many of these as the bitterness is a bit overpowering, but this is what I wanted and it did not let me down. Recommend.

Pours a cloudy gold color with and orange glow. Very little head. Aroma is sweet and sugary citrusy hop character with a bit of piney sap notes as well. Taste starts with a bit of bitterness that persists while giving rise to some yeast esters as well as a bit of malt. Not nearly as sweet as the aroma would suggest but a bit of malt does peak through the hops. Well balanced with a definitely dry finish. Beer does tend tend get sweeter as it warms up. Good IPA.

Nice, citrusy ipa. My bottle is old, but I can just get the remnants of what it once was.

A smooth yet hoppy beer. Enough malt to take away an edge. A sneaky 7% can catch you off guard

Bottle from singles rack at Binny’s....great idea, guys. Pours a pretty hazy orange; thin head. Interesting fruity nose for an IPA...not the pine / citris expectation....more malty. Also getting a spicy flavor there too...interesting...and tasty.
