This beer has a nice crisp hop aroma. The beer is very aromatic. I feel that I am selling a pile of hop pellets rather than smelling the plugs or the whole leaf. A nice pine hop aroma. A very lager type color which is not good, but the aroma is nice. I applaud the aroma because as I said before it as if you are smelling the hops right in front of your nose. Very nice pine hop taste, and this is what I love about the beer. The beer just has a nice hop taste, but the beer does not have a nice IPA palate. Not a very creamy beer, but a very hoppy beer. It is nice and hoppy, but not nice and creamy. I think that they used malts that did not agree with this beer. Nov 28, 2008 the term ’floral’ sometimes gets thrown around on any beer that smells of hops. but as far as im concerned, there is a specific hop aroma character that defines that adjective -- and this is it! huge lacing as well. this has the real kind of freshness that you see in two hearted and real world class IPAs, i think this is actually underrated.

Pours orange, white head.
Aroma is hoppy and malty.
Taste, hoppy lightly bitter with some nice extra floral and fruit notes. Light malty / caramel.
Aftertaste is resinous with a light bitter hop finish.

Oct 30, 2008 bottle. has a very sweet aroma of orange and other fruits. pours a cloudy yellow with a thin head. has a great hoppy, orange flavor. excellent.

Oct 29, 2008 Draught at the taphouse in Denver Airport. Clear amber - white head. High hoppy, grass, resin, knækbrød, svedish flatbread, cactus, nice bitterness and freshness. Lovely.

Oct 28, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear yellow with a one finger off white head. Aroma of malt and some resin. Flavor was very malty, with a faint bitter finish. Overall, this was a decent beer, but the flavor doesn’t stack up to other ipas.
