COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

Tap, nitro pour. Hazy medium gold-copper with a nitro head. Nose of pine, oranges, grapefruit. Sweet and malty, apricots, a bit stale. Nitro really doesn’t work.

$3.99/six pack (plus sales tax) @ Chevron route 66 West (just off the turn to Woodlands) in Flagstaff AZ. Pours amber clear with minimal to no head. Nose is orange (peel?), herbaceous - very nice. Orange and grapefruit dominates the attack in palate, very subtle bitterness (hardcore bitter IPA fans won’t appreciate it). Very nice, subtle and balanced IPA. A go to...

Draught @ Five Mile Stone. Faintly cloudy dark orange with smallish white foamy head, light bread aroma, low carbonation, lightly bitter taste with tangerine flavor, smooth body, longish finish. Very tasty and enjoyable.

Decent light brown appeara, with solid foamy white head. Aroma is a balance of sweet malt and hops... maybe a little too sweet for the style. Taste is very balanced.. a bit of a bitter dry aftertaste. It’s a solid IPA.

Had a pint of the nitro version at Stubby’s. The pour was a thing of beauty - lacing pretty much left a solid white wall on the glass. It was the smoothest IPA I have ever tried. Flavor was decent pine and citrus but a little watery.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a fairly clear gold with thick white head. Aroma is sweet when caramel notes. A little citrus. Flavors is moderately bitter with nice moderate malt sweetness. Flavors of coffee, toffee, biscuits, pine and citrus. Overall an average to above average IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a can, in Norway. Maybe it should be rated nearer to its home, but I thought this hazy looking taste-bomb from my favorite US state of Colorado went down a treat. A good piney nosetickler, it sure hides its quite potent ABV well. Thank "God" beer is so expensive in Norway or I would be in real trouble. Not that much else I can add to it, a crisp beer I could enjoy at most times, it gave me what I wanted, even though I thought it could have been a bit more "fruity", but like I said, Colorado is a long way from Norway.
