COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

Big hop aroma, light hazy orange hue. Nice slightly bitter citrus hop flavor. Puts a nice clean bite on the tongue. The bite remains strong in the aftertaste like many suped-up IPA’s. If ypu like the hops the mojo is for you.

Nice fruity head here. Pours clear ins with good head and lacing. Aroma of apple, tangerine and light malt. Creamy texture and soft carbonation. Finishes with light bitterness and some sourness, but a good balance and generally well-done if fresh. On tap at Blue Monk.

355ml bottle from a publix in Kissimmee Florida. Pale orange with a small off white head. Hoppy nose with a lean malt body. Easy drinking for the weight. Enjoyable but not memorable. FLVC2 #19

Light, weak IPA beer. Satisfactory for an evening or summer, but not a go to.

Appearance: very clear yellow golden color, nice dense foamy white head when poured which does not dissolve very quickly, slight lacing Aroma: hoppy and citrusy, smell that the beer is packed with alot of flavor, refreshing Taste: bitter and hoppy, grassy with a citrusy grapefruit taste, the flavor evolves throughout the sip Palette: bitter at the end, an alcohol type taste Overall: this beer is great for a hop lover, quite refreshing and would taste good on a summer day, very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice golden color with a creamy head. Nice and smooth on the tongue. Great hits of grapefruit and a crisp bitterness that really balances with the sweetness.

Has become my favorite IPA. The aroma is exciting and the grapefruit aftertaste is crisp and refreshing. Perfect after mowing the lawn. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A light yellow pour with light white head. A strong floral aroma. Taste is also a floral hops with a strong and lingering bitterness and dryness.

(3 avril 2013)
