Itís like celery and cantaloupe mixed together. Very unique tasting. A beer that beats to itís own drum.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft to taster. Looks good for the style; a transparent golden-orange with off-white lacing. Smells off, but tastes better. Average on the palate. Forgettable.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft. Pours a ckear rust orange with minimal head. Light aroma of grains and citrus. Taste is light bitter. Piney and herbal with some grains. Liggt bodied with a thin texture. Soft carbonation with a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. Boulder does make better beer than this though.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pour on tap at Old Chicago, dark red pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of slight dark fruits, toffee and caramel with some spicy and grassy hops. Taste was a bit much on the hop and didnít balance all too well, some slight grain and toast, grass and pine bitter a lot and cover most of the caramel and toffee notes.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap @ Old Chicago Foco Harmony. Clear, burnt orange appearance with a big, white head. Spicy, bitter, resiny, a touch citrusy hoppy, light soapy aroma. Soapy, somewhat spicy, earthy hoppy, toasty malty, a bit burnt flavor. Iím not a fan.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Has not much of a scent, nice amber color with a frothy white head. Has a nice malty taste that covers up the bitterness.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Old Chicago Colorado Springs. Color is a deep amber with very low carbonation and a thick off white head. Aroma is very faint, I only get a trace of malt. It has a medium body that goes down with a light smooth mouth feel. Flavor has a bit of toffee, a touch of hop spice and then a bold bitterness. Overall its a nice easy drinking brew but thereís just not much to it.

on draft made specifically for old chicago resturants. orangish/amber color with minimal white head. malty sweet and some mild hop aroma. i was hoping for an esb but good bland instead. not a very good style...yes you had some bitterness but thats where it started and stopped never much lingered on the tongue.
