COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ruddy, filtered, lager has refreshing, fruity, citrus notes and a distinctive Belgian-style aroma, reminiscent of spicy Belgian lagers; lightly toasted malt flavors, and a crisp, clean finish. Think studly German lager meets delicate Belgian witbier. Easy drinking and delicious. 5.5% abv 22 IBU.

(draft 9/24/10). Clear amber color. Medium off white head. Light toast/malt aroma and flavor. Avg duration. Smooth finish with light lasting malt. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Good lacing.

On tap at Old Chicago Westminster poured a clear reddish amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of carmel, fruittiness and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, fruittiness and a hint of earthiness with a crisp carmel finish.
