COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our twist on the traditional american porter, Shake chocolate porter is black in color with rich, dark chocolate aromatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouth feel.

Pint from Growl Movement Salem $4 Dark cola brown with small tan head. Very chocolate malt aroma...astonishing great. Taste is similar but with a bit of bite. Nice smooth mouth feel..not too complicated. A very nice drink indeed

Pours black under a brown head that quickly diminishes. Smells of caramel and milk chocolate. Smooth at first then turns astringent. Tastes more of dark chocolate. I normally don’t like chocolate beer. This was not an exception. I must point out I did not pick this beer.

Aroma of a chocolate milk shake, pours an amazing dark brown color with a thick foamy lasting tan head. Great taste of a choclate milk shake with hints of cocoa medium body and a delicuous chocolate finish.

Soo nice. Ultra smooth and immensely drinkable. The thick creamy light tan head lasts forever. No off tastes whatsoever. Perfectly balanced. Fairly dry until the very end of the finish where there’s a bit o’ sweet.

Bottle from Capital Market. Pours a very dark brown in color, almost black. Sweet chocolate nose the a good amount of coffee and some malt balls. Smooth mouth with loads of chocolate. A good amount of sweetness leading into some roasted coffee. A lightly bitter finish as well. Quite tasty indeed.

Dark chocolate, thin, not bitter at all. Very much drinkable, I would buy it again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nitro on tap in shaker glass at Stone's Tap in Hudson, WI. Color is black as an oil slick. Smooth and chocolatey. Aroma is very sweet with coffee and chocolate undertones. This is lame but the brewery's description is perfect. To paraphrase, "Shake chocolate porter is black in color with rich, dark chocolate aromatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouth feel." ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lots and lots of chocolate in the nose and in the taste. It's a mix of sweet milk chocolate and dark chocolate with some other underlying sweetness. Good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Milk chocolate and roasty malt aroma. Deep mahogany with a large tan head. Roasty malt and milk chocolate flavor. Medium body, lively carbonation.
