COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our twist on the traditional american porter, Shake chocolate porter is black in color with rich, dark chocolate aromatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouth feel.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma is milky, malty chocolate. Med body or nearly. Flavor is the aroma. Maybe a hint of coffee. With each quaff the nose is very nice. The flavor is consistent. Right on to a slightly bitter , but milky chocolate finish. This is rather unique. Very nicely done.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2014 Bottle... This beer rocks!... Pours black with a mid-sized, creamy, mushroom-colored head. Decent retention. The aroma is a sensual swirl of milk chocolate, pistachio, macadamia and vanilla. Medium to full-bodied with sizzling carbonation. The flavor is a roasty mélange of semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla. Crisp, lengthy, vanilla finish. Surprisingly great!

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a deep brown head with a brown head. Really rich cocoa, big vanilla, creamy, light coffee, sweet aroma. Huge creamy dark chocolate, coconut, rich vanilla, coffee flavor finishing a bit sweet with a lot of chocolate that lingers in the aftertaste. Pretty one-dimensional but tasty for what it is.
