Our twist on the traditional american porter, Shake chocolate porter is black in color with rich, dark chocolate aromatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouth feel.

Black in color, tan head, with chocolate to the nose. Creamy mouth feel with chocolate and coffee notes. Ordered it as a dessert beer and was not disappointed!

Black with rich and persistent tan head. sweet taste of chocolate shake. It was a dessert in a pint, which was exactly what I was looking for after a nice dinner.

Bottle shared with my wife. Pours a deep black with a medium to large tan head. Sweet milk chocolate and a bit of cocoa on the nose, a touch nutty on the back end. Medium bodied, roast and sweetness, dries out for a touch, picks up some malt. Cocoa and almost a hint of peanut butter on the finish. Sweet and roasty.

Nice dark roated malt and chocolately aroma. I really like the flavor of this; the chocolate really come through, but is not overwhelming. Plate is really nice and think. This would be soooooo good on nitro.

Tap at Stanley’s in NE. Pint glass. Dark brown with tan head and plenty of it. Aroma is full on chocolate but more like a milk chocolate. Lacing is high quality. Taste has a good chocolate flavor running throughout with just a little bit of welcomed bitterness. The smell is even more impressive than the taste. Very smooth but a little thin...not a lot of the creamy, silky mouthfeel. A very drinkable option.

Tap pour at Upstairs. It pours like a porter but tastes like a (chocolate) stout. Aroma of chocolate is present. More important is that it tastes smoother like a stout, albeit with chocolate, rather than the potential bitterness that a porter might have. A dessert beer!???
