UPDATED: FEB 24, 2013 Clear golden in color with a thin white head. Nose of earthy grassy hops, a light pine resin, and a metallic toffee undertone. Flavor is much the same, earthy leafy hops on the start with medium (actually quite assertive) bitterness, melding into an earthy toffee backbone with minimal sweetness. Dry unattractive finish.

lagermonkey (725) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JUN 3, 2010
Pours clear bright copper with a thin white head. Not much lacing. Smells maltier than I expected but with a subtle bouquet of citrusy hops. Taste is fairly well balanced, some pale malt sweetness up front with some persistent floral hops in the finish. It’s light bodied enough to be sessionable but flavorful enough to have just one. Very drinkable and pretty tasty.

A clear amber pour with medium white head, lot of lacing. Scent is strange and so is the taste....not my bag at all and not like other ambers. Almost a tea taste in here???

Tap @ Blind Tiger. Poured a hazy dull amber color with a creamy off-white head. Hop forward aroma with orange and sweaty notes. Much nicer than I had expected. The flavor is a nice mix of semi-sweet malt and hints of orange and earthy hops. The flavor dulled out from what I found in the aroma. Light to medium body. Long semi-dry bitter finish.
