3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 dchmela (2218) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JAN 31, 2012
From the 12oz bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a thick white head. Bready nose with hints of banana in the aroma. Wheat malt body with hints of banana and citrus poking through. Fairly bland.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 rob6239 (147) - Ontario, CANADA - JAN 28, 2012
Pours clear and light gold like a pale lager. Not much head and it doesn’t stick to glass. There is some interesting kick to the initial aroma. Taste has some overpowering spice to it.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 otakuden (1490) - Vero Beach, USA - JAN 22, 2012
Appearance: solid haze – no chance of seeing through at all. Looks like liquid white rolls and white breads. Creamy white head fades into a thin bready blanket bordered by an equally thin bready collar. Swirls with arcs of lace.
Nose: bananas and moist breads, dried banana crisps and plantains. Sweet carrot puree. Whisper of chestnuts and cashews in the back. Biergarten worthy.
Palate: chewy, meaty, and delicious. Hints of mango and cantaloupe in with the bready banana purees. Fast finish of summer breeze in the breath. Aloe and sweet rolls with honey glaze – sticky and fresh – melts in the mouth. Touch of dried sweet cereal grains in the back with dryness which keeps her from growing too heavy or too sweet. Greenness of aloe and freshly mown grass weaves in and out.
Final Thoughts: way better than I was expecting. I seriously had visions of lederhosen and biergarten while supping this beer, and I supped not once but at least twice. Sweaty Betty was and is good.

Had this beer to long ago, just transferring from a app I was using to rate beer. As I drink these again I will add a better review.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 pudds (15) - Brandon, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 6, 2012
Poured with very little head which dissolved to almost nothing in short order. Light and clear - this looks like a typical BMC.
Aroma is fruity, almost like apple juice.
Taste is light and pleasant. Slightly fruity with no notable hop or malt characteristics. Relatively carbonated and it leaves a nice champagne-like sensation in the mouth.
Pretty decent for the style, which isn’t my favorite. This would be excellent on a hot summer day.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Daytonbeer (189) - Ohio, USA - DEC 17, 2011
Pours a cloudy yellow color. Aroma of citrus. Taste is orange, champaign, and hops. An ok beer.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 jcweaver (362) - VA Beach, Virginia, USA - NOV 20, 2011
Tap. Hazy, light blond with a medium, off-white head. Aroma is light with hints of wheat, citrus and yeast. Flavor is weak but decent with notes of citrus, wheat and yeast. No bitterness. Weak and fairly simple but drinkable.
4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 philtom15 (25) - Kansas, USA - NOV 17, 2011
I am not sure why other people are having a problem with this beer, it is great. It is not you typical Wheat beer. It is an unfiltered wheat beer, meaning that you pour 3/4 of the beer into a glass swirl the remaining portion in the bottle and then pour that into the glass as well. This stirs up the yeast and introduces a whole nother flavor profile. And for all of those who rated this beer and didn’t swirl the yeast are missing out on some great flavors. This is by far one of the better wheat beers I have tasted and would drink this all day long in the summer.
