nefarious (202), Clarkston, Michigan, USA May 10, 2008 not bad for this style, but the more beer I drink the less I find I enjoy this style. I dont think I can get it to my sink quick enough. Hangover (764), Atlanta, USA May 10, 2008 Cloudy yellow pour with a very thin and short lived white head. Aroma has wheat, yeast, banana and some light spice. High carbonation. Taste revealed some clove, but it’s mainly banana and wheat. It’s just an honest wheat ale. Pretty good. fluffy (229), Florida, USA May 7, 2008 bottle. yeasty and spicy at first, then a second wave of something like coriander or clove and some citrus behind it. the second bit was tart and apply too. was quite surprising, and the flavor intrigued me enough that it kept it interesting. a much more complex beer than i thought it was going to be. bryandhargrave (165), Richmond, Virginia, USA May 5, 2008 given to me, didnt finish it, didnt drink another, probably wont buy another but if there is nothing else at the bar i like, id get it, i think. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA May 4, 2008 Bottle. Poured a pale yellow with a thin white head. Wheat, spices, and a hint of citrus in the aroma. Light clove in the flavor with wheat and citrus backings. Light body and a citrus aftertaste. (Rating from June ’07) alraicercsu (166), Ft.Collins, Colorado, USA May 3, 2008 Bottle. Poured very light gold with a thin head. Smelled skunky and tasted skunky. Did not enjoy it. Strykzone (1458), Wood River, Illinois, USA May 2, 2008 Golden and unfiltered with a nice white head. Candy, spice, clove aroma. Quite dry. Began full of clove flavor that quickly diminished. Tart wheat flavor after it warmed. Well carbonated. Simple, crisp, and refreshing. Butters (1622), Virginia, USA Apr 30, 2008 Updated: Jun 3, 2009Very cloudy yellow with small white head and moderate lacing. Aroma of bubblegum, banana, and citrus are all well represented in the flavor as well. Funky nose a bit. Very lemony. Almost like lemonade. Tart in the finish. Salty. It is like someone sweated in my beer. refreshing on a hot summer day, but not what I am looking for.
