Smells sweet and a bit fruity. Hazy yellow. Fruity banana like taste. Very carbonated. Very refreshing and crisp. I could drink this all day.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
8th June 2011
Hazy pale gold beer, tidy white head. Light semi dry and crisp palate. Light seltzer minerals, citrus and banana! Dry finish. Just enough flavour to keep it from being insipid. Needs to be dialled up several notches!

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 ounce bottle into weizen glass, best before 1/25/2013. Pours very hazy golden amber color with a nice 1-2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings to the glass. Aromas of big lemon, banana, clove, wheat, pear, pepper, light bubblegum, earth, grass, floral, and yeast spiciness. Very nice aromas with good complexity and balance. Taste of lemon, wheat, banana, clove, floral, grass, orange zest, earth, coriander, light bubblegum, and yeast spiciness. Lingering notes of lemon, banana, wheat clove, light pepper, earth, grass, floral, light bubblegum, and coriander. Nice balance and complexity of flavors; a bit more watered down than I expected; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy and slick mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with nearly zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a nice wheat ale. Nice amount of hefeweizen flavor complexity and balance; and extremely smooth to drink. Definitely an enjoyable offering.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with almost no head. Aroma of wheat, cloce and banana. Taste is clove, banana and wheat. Light bodied with a thin yet sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at Fermentation. Hazy pale golden pour with a rocky white head. Nose is super grainy, with light phenols and esters. Bubbly, slightly sweet and grainy body with more yeast accents. It’s ok.

Pours a semi clear golden yellow, with a wispy head. Nose is wheat, grainy, with cloves and banana. Taste is strong wheat and grain and punishing. Finish is off as well, not a huge wheat fan....... stick with my barley, thank you. Quaff Score 4 / 10

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a clear yellow with a white head and aroma of wheat, spices, and banana. Taste is of wheat, grains, spices, and banana with a dry and tasteless finish, while the flavors are subpar. Not much good about this brew, pass

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Cloudy white-gold with a fine head covering and tiny dots of lace. The flavor never leaves the ground - sour cirtus and wheat that moves right through the finish without exploring any other possibilities. It doesn’t work, at least not for me. Not recommended.
