I seem to be in beer rating hell thanks to the list of stinkers sampled at a recent beer festival that shall remain nameless for a variety of reasons. This poor excuse poured out hazy amber with a weak white head. Aroma held notes of wheat, citrus, apple, and spices. Medium body with a watery texture. The flavor was slightly sweet with a dash of benzene.

Drank this on the patio at Boulder Beer on a summer night after long hike and really enjoyed it. Strong banana aroma and flavor and hardly any hops. About finger head and nice and cloudy straw color. Very smooth and pretty easy to drink. For me this was an ideal summer evening beer and I easily had about four pints without getting gut rot. Although fits a situation well is not something I would probably crave. Fine wheat but nothing outstanding.

On tap. Poured a hazy straw color. The flavor was of a muted banana, clove, and citrus with a wheaty overtone. A drinkable beer but not a great wheat.

Pours hazy yellow ith a small white head that is gone quickly. The amrom is sweet wheat with a bit of mustiness. Medium bodied beer with medium carbaontion that is somewhere between fizzy and frothy. It is a full flavored wheat with an undertone of citrus. The finish is spicy hops with sweet wheat. As the beer warms there is a bit of banana in teh mix. Towards the very end of the beer there is a spicy lemon tea taste to it. A nice wheat beer that is very easy to drink.

Pours perfectly hazed and yellow. Nice aroma consisting of true wheat characteristics; gummy bananna with a slight mustiness. Medium nectar weight. Flavors are also true to this genre and I must say, I was impressed. It’s no Whienstphaner but it has a place in the American frige. Flavors include mellow lemons, bananna, and a slight earthiness. Let me illustrate. If you pour a wheat beer over your hot girlfriend right after she finishes with her strenuous Tae Bo workout. Let the brew cascade down her beautiful body and drip from her toes into a 30oz Burgundy goblet. mmmm, there you have it my friends. A perfect Sweaty Betty. Overall: I’d do it again with a smile =)

(bottle - 12 oz) Cloudy gold color with a white head that goes away very quickly and doesn’t leave much residue. Light and sour aroma of grains, wheat and some citrus. Sour and citrusy flavor at the beginning that goes away quickly and leads to a watery middle and a sour and sweet finish. Not good.

[Bottle] A nice golden colored brew with a head that still had some life. Like the flaovrs this was a very easy drinking beer. The flavors where just subtle enough to give some life to this brew. I bet it is awesome on tap. Good lawn mowing beeer or after you just puled weeds in the hot summer sun.

Had at the summer brewfest, forgot to rate this one earlier. Pale yellow with a big head. Very light, not much going on with this one. Did have the usual wheat attributes - bananas and yeast. This was one of the better brewers at the brewfest but this was not one of my favorites.
