A nice golden colored brew with a head that still had some life. Like the flaovrs this was a very easy drinking beer. The flavors where just subtle enough to give some life to this brew. I bet it is awesome on tap. Good lawn mowing beeer or after you just puled weeds in the hot summer sun. jb (1034), Rochester, New York, USA

Very light, not much going on with this one. Did have the usual wheat attributes - bananas and yeast. This was one of the better brewers at the brewfest but this was not one of my favorites. bitter (1137), Henderson, Nevada, USA

Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a very small sized white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, grain and light citrus. When first poured I got a strong wet hay aromas that quickly went away. Tastes of bananas, wheat and light cloves. Starts of lightly honey sweet and ends in a light tart finish. Thin body that is typical of this style. kujo9 (1077), North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 20, 2005 12 oz bottle, sometime over the summer: Lghtyl hazy& fizzy w/ a light golden body and little to no head. I’ll blame a dirty glass. Immediate nose is sweet w/ apple cider, then a sharp grainy wheat malt. The malt softens as it warms which also lends to a peppery yeast aroma. Wheat malt flavor, a bit sulphury yeast, some clovey phenolic flavors with some banana fruitiness. Highly carbonated, spritzy m/f, smooth, light bodied. A bit of a sweet malty in the finish. A great lawnmower beer, and the bit of spicyness is a plus for a lighter style of beer. Unless of course they weren’t really shooting for a bit of a "Belgian" turn. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 5, 2005 Bottle: Courtesy of Styles. Aroma has light banana, wheat, and hints of citrus. There is something else in the aroma that is really throwing things off but I can’t pinpoint the distinct aroma. Pours a cloudy orangish-yellow with a small white head. Flavors of banana, wheat and light tart citrus. Some Euro-lager sweetness makes it’s presence known in the finish with the slightest hints of spice. ChazyRPh (571), Chazy, New York, USA

Metallic initial flavor, decent wheat presence, pretty full mouthfeel. Tangy, tart, spritzy, carbonation dries out my mouth a little. Mild citrus presence, mild belgian yeast presence, mostly grassy wheat. I catch a hint of banana. I don’t care for the metallic aroma & taste, overall average for style.
