stchloe (477), Portland, Oregon, USA Sep 14, 2008 Okay this is the exception that proves the Looking Glass rule. Perhaps because it is a blonde, but just the wrong combination of ingredients. The aftertastes is of soap. cking (1012), North Canton, Ohio, USA Sep 13, 2008 Mottled, golden yellow pour with a thin, filmy head and cool bands of lacing like the rings around Saturn. Musty banana aroma with a touch of vanilla. Medium-light body with a watery finish. Fruity flavor with a floral aspect. Mild banana with some spices. Seems like a cross between a Hefe and a Witbier. Decent, but lacks some character nqualls (1429), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Sep 13, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma contains banana. Flavor is banana and clove with a hint of citrus. Not my favorite type of beer, but a decent representation. spikester (602), Salem, Oregon, USA Aug 29, 2008 Pale gold with a very small white head and some lacings. Taste is lemon grass with some sourness. Somewhat astringent on the tongue. Very minor bitter in the finish. It is an OK wheat beer. Cool name. oberabcbbsok (686), Hoboken, Belgium Aug 28, 2008 Had it on bottle as well as from tap. Drunk at the beer festival at boulder. A taste of bannana is there in. msante79 (785), Orland Hills, Illinois, USA Aug 27, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours light hazy yellow gold with white head. Aroma is of clove and banana with a touch of lemon. Flavor is light and crisp with banana and clove with some citrus. I wonder why some brewers think they need to make this type of beer. The last thing I want to taste in a beer is banana and clove. Not horrible but wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. SHANER4 (370), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Aug 25, 2008 Poured pale yelow with small head. This is really a poor excuse for a beer. Tasted lemony and thats it, not good. I would rather drink a Bud. dp (512), uniontown, Ohio, USA Aug 25, 2008 nice fragrance with hint of clover and banana, aftertaste of banana, some citrus. alcohol well hidden.
