This one actually wasnt that bad. decent aroma of citrus and wheat, and a pleasant flavor of clove and citrus. Not world class, but good none the less. igneous1 (1374), Davenport, Iowa, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 14, 2004 aroma and flavor wise, this beer has more in common with a hefeweizen. color is cloudy light golden, head is very thin. aroma has a fair amount of bubblegum, banana and clove. flavor is moderately yeasty, with mainly juicy fruit notes, but also some clove and a little banana. there is also a wheaty finish. this beer’s main problem is it’s thin body Jokes (1453), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 4, 2004 Slightly hazy golden body with almost no head. The aroma is sweet and lightly fruity. Light lemon, bubblegum, lightly tart wheat, banana and a touch of orange. The body is fairly thin, leaving something to be desired. The flavor is adequate, though lacking in heft. What’s there is pretty good, but it just seems watered down. Nothing special. BillKismet (1962), Seattle, Washington, USA

Described as a "blond ale" at the Barking Dog. This was actually a mild and refreshing german style wheat. Easy aroma of wheat tart and clove. Some banana and clove flavors round out a tart, but palatable wheatiness. Refreshing and enjoyable aracauna (2427), Georgia, USA

THe aroma is slightly worty and there’s a bit of bubblegum going on. It’s an interesting beer, but I don’t know if I really like it. iwantalambic (1389), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 15, 2004 22 oz bottle: hazed pineapple, with vigorous bubbles and a dense, milky white cream…thick, banana-clove essence in the aroma, along with a bitter citrus twinge. Sweet, slightly metallic citrus plastic flavour on top of a fizzy, thin palate. Finish has a lot more banana flavour and leaves a bit of an artificial, sticky taste on the tongue. What can I say – it is called “sweaty betty”… PorterPounder (3148), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Textured mouthfeel, makes it interesting. Flavors of musky lemon, and hard to describe visits to the beach - very ocean-like. Finishes strong. Would make a good summer standby. Yes, the main reason I bought this was for Aurelius's Sweaty women statement! kp (8600), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
