Citrus flavors with a very crisp mouthfeel. Mild bitterness. Well rounded, textbook IPA.

Nov 29, 2007 Tap: Copper color with a stiff, small off-white head. This is an IPA? Tricked me with the malt dominance. The only thing that is close to an IPA is a somewhat tangy pine flavor, but in general - something is off with this one.

Oct 15, 2007 Citrus aroma with a grainy dirty flavor. Alcohol apparent. Doesn’t taste very fresh. Not impressive.

Dec 21, 2006 Tap @ Bistro’s 9th Annual IPA Festival 8/’12/06. Golden color. Smooth straight up IPA with a slick malt and hop balance. Slightly dry with a grassy and grapefruit flavor.
