COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We figured the workers living in Williamsville, known as Ragtown or Hell's Hole, would have appreciated a few of these refreshing brews. A thirst-quenching wheat beer, made with two-row brewers malt and heaps of white wheat malt. It is hopped with Liberty and the acclaimed Oregon Chinook aroma hops. If you haven't tried this one, you haven't tried the most popular beer brewed in Boulder City.

Draft in Boulder City. Just an odd attempt at a german hefe. not to the type at all from the very still and murky appearance to the boring flavor. No spice, no ester, no nothin’ really.

Low white head sits on hazy golden body. Hop character was VERY low. (Only 16 IBU). Light body has typical bavarian yeast characters. Finishes too dry.

Tap at the brewpub. Dusty, not fully hazed yellow-gold with a skim of head. Lime and orange soda aroma. Dry and astringent hop; cherrystone, grass and lime notes, with some salvaging banana and candy cigarettes in the aftertaste. A poor interpretation, sorry.

Not too much wheat in the aroma. Not too much good in this beer either. Very very wheaty, with a dry fruitiness. Untasty, uncloudy, served with an orange, and the chalkboard says this is their most popular beer? This is their worst beer.

On tap at the brew pub. Pours a hazy yellow with a small head. It doesn’t have much of an aroma. What there was had a musky smell, not what you would expect. The flavor was also not what you would expect. No spice or sweetness, just bland. Very thin watery finish. My least favorite of the six I sampled.

Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells citrussy and sweet. Tastes sweet and citrussy with a slightly phenolic finish. Decent.

A very hazed gold/yellow pour with a creamy white head and lace. Metallic, pineapple flavor like from cheap fruit cocktail. A sour odd bitter finish. Nothing good to say about this beer. I’m not sure how they can sell it on a day to day bases.

on tap-pours a white ring for a head and cloudy straw gold for a color. Aroma is faint canned fruit cocktail, spice. Taste is metallic pineapple, wheat, spice. Now I find the light less interesting but will leave it as originally rated.

Sample at the brewpub, served with a lemon. Pours a hazed orange-yellow color with a minimal white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing is evident. Aroma of wheat with some zesty lemon and citrus in the background. Light, clean body with flavors of mild wheat and citrus as well as a touch of yeast. The finish is citrusy with a touch of hops left over. Barely average overall.
