Thought it could have been the hefe at first glance. The palest offering of the day, cloudy because all of their beer is unfiltered, it doesn’t strike me as having quite enough hop bite or gripping character, just a pale thin malt beverage. Tiny carbonation, and no head.

Apr 21, 2008 ...well, not a pilsner, but they tried. Weak, no body or head, watery. No hop notes, or malt mouthfeel, they need to keep trying.

Cloudy blond color. Very simple beer, weak body, with a too strong yeast flavor. Too much homebrew style.
