Tap at The Boulder Dam brewpub, Boulder City, Nevada. Ruby murk with a beige halo. Boiled sweets and pear aroma. Blackcurrant jam, sherbet, dunkelweizen-like cola, clove and apple peel spice with a dry blunt finish. Hints of Dr pepper-dunked biscuit as it warms. Pick of the Boulder stuff I tried at the tap.
