COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With roots in two of today’s most popular brewing styles, 80-Acre Hoppy Wheat Beer is the result of careful cultivation by our brewers and cellarmen. Their efforts to craft a hybrid yielded a bumper crop of flavor; a delightfully distinctive ale with the aroma of an IPA and the refreshing taste of a wheat beer.

Hoppier than their Unfiltered Wheat. Tastes wonderful. Will be keeping some of this in my beer refrigerator.

On draft at Rustico in Ballston. The beer is hazy and yellow with a half inch of pure white head. Aromas of citrus fruits, wheat, fresh hops. Refreshing and delicious. The wheat and big hop character work so well together. A great summer beer. Light in body and easy drinking. It would be easy to toss back a few pints of this.

Hoppy wheat, that about sums it up. Somewhat cloudy appearance, but lss than typical for a wheat. Very lemmony hoppy. Heard this is comparable to gumball, it isnt but still tasty.

Bottle from Sweetgrass Dairy Cheese Shop. Cloudy golden pour with a soapy white head. Citrusy, lemon grassy hops in the nose with some grainy wheat in the background. Crisp, crackling wheat grains in the flavor with a abundance of lemony citrus and piney hops. Easy drinking and very refreshing. Good stuff.
