Pours bright yellow, hazy to. Aroma sweet lemon citrus. It basically tastes like an American wheat with a little more piney hops. Extremely drinkable, very refreshing. Good summer beer.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Crazy clean lemony intrusive aroma. Pillowy white head golden haz with some milky ness very simple but super enjoyable velvety citrus with offsetting sweet and slight bitterness. Not trying to be a homer but this beer when super fresh is at the absolute apex of session beers.

Bottle. Piney, floral citrus hops aroma. Hazy golden yellow with a moderate white head. Lemon, pine, floral citrus hops and light grainy wheat malt flavor. Light crisp body, lively carbonation. Really nice, well-balanced American wheat.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Just as they advertised - IPA with a wheat. You have the lemon characteristic and finish of a wheat with the hoppy grapefruit characteristics of an IPA at the forefront. I just wish it blended more evenly.

While not considered a "summer" beer...this beer would make a great hot afternoon beverage. Great hoppy aroma, very refreshing taste! Great addition to the already good Boulevard lone of beers.

I wish this tasted as good as it smells. Boulevard needs to turn up the flavor and bring up the ABV.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour out of 12 oz bottle into weizen glass, slightly hazy orange-yellow pour with nice fluffy, lasting white head, streaming carbonation. Aroma brought notes of fruity peach, pear, white grape, some crackery biscuit, bread notes, hints of grass, spicy hops, slightly floral as well, also adds a touch of citrus with a bitter orange peel. Taste is pretty nice but a bit muddled, some nice grapefruit, orange, leading into some crackery and biscuity sweet malts, touch of sweet white fruit in there, some white grape, slight hint of grass, finishing spicy, slightly sweet, slightly bitter. Very different from the aroma, but pretty tasty overall.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2013 Pours a light hazy wheat with healthy head and great lacing. Aroma is wheat, citrus zest, and honey. Taste is a balance of wheat and honey up front, a hoppy kick in the middle, and a clean, mild aftertaste. Lively palate, crisp and refreshing overall. Not bad!
This beer is a great mix of a hoppy IPA smell and taste up front, balanced with a nice toasted wheat finish The finish is mild and over quickly, quick enough where some of the citrus comes back around. Very drinkable and refreshing. 7+3+8+4+17=3.9
