Nose of light caramel, yeast, and light prune fruitiness; copper with a medium beige head; flavor of sweet raisins, caramel malt, with very light hop bitterness. Has a nice yeasty taste to finish. Has a sweet caramely malty nose with a touch of noble hop character and some light fruity esters. Starts fairly full-bodied for the style with a rich biscuity malty sweetness and some toffee notes before a drier bittersweet finish. A nice Vienna.
