Pours a translucent amber with thin offwhite head. Aroma is very bourbon filled, and magical. The flavor, however is pure quad. Absolutely magnificent.

pours a murky reddish brown orange, with spotty light beige head into trappist glass. Aroma of tart cherries, fruit syrup, cheese, very nice. Flavor of sweet cake, cherry pie, some tartness on the finish, I would call it a bourbon barrel tripel if it wasn’t for the alcohol....overall very nice, recommended, and worth the $13.

Bottle. Not much head, fizzy. Smells like there could be some Brett in it. Oaky. Tastes definitely bourbon. Oaky, a tad cherry aftertaste. Great carbonation, vanilla. Very tasty. Took on the whiskey flavor really well, but didn’t over power the beer. Excellent.

Kinda mucky brown, good enough head, not a lot of lace. Smell is wonderful, lots of bourbon, fruits, smoky wood. Taste follows smell along with cherries, plums, raisins, figs.bourbon, leather, and a bit like a rainy day in the woods. Very atypical but very delicious. Definitely barrel aged, you can tell from beginning to end. Definitely worthy of the hype.

This was a special find for me. This thing blew me away. The aroma of cherries and wood remind me of brettanomyces funk. This rich treat also had notes of vanilla, bourbon, and toffee. I was very pleased with this beer.

Nose is bourbon, dark fruit, and a bit of gingery spice. Taste is fairly similar, a bit tart and acidic, hint of caramel malt. Pours a light brown with very small yet everlasting head. Very enjoyable.

Dark red pour with a dense cream colored head that thins but never fully dissipates. Aroma of bourbon and cherries. Taste is similar with oak, mild bourbon, and a little tartness from the cherry juice. Modestly fruity from the yeast. A very nice bottle that I’m glad I was able to share at the holidays.
