COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The intense flavors of dark-roasted malt in our rendition of the classic English porter are perfectly balanced by a generous and complex hop character. Bully! Porter’s robust nature makes it the ideal companion to a variety of foods, from seafood to chocolate.

Pours black, good looking beer. Little cinnamon in the nose, interesting, roasty, but overall mild aroma.. bit thin, light-bodied porter for my taste, does have some good malty flavors, tasty, not tremendously compelling but I wouldn’t mind a couple pints at the bar.

Smells of soy, petrol, anice and leaves. Tastes a bit like it smells, with additional smoke and some pine. Peristent bitter aftertaste, which is nice.

From bottle 11.10.14. Very dark brown. Frothy and persistent pale brown head and lacing. Inviting roma of roasted barley, dark chocolate, bitter coffee pine and juniper. Similar taste, with liquorice and bitterness, particularly in aftertaste.

Meh. Not too much taste. Not impressed. Drink another porter. Nice colour. Unfortunately, taste and colour doesn't match in this case. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"wish list cross off. a nice porter indeed. very roasty, w/some chocolate and hoppt notes as well, well balanced. would be elite if the feel wasn’t too prickly, but that can happen with bottle conditioned brews..."

Mørk fyldig øl, mye innslag av mørk sjokolade, oppleves som fyldig og litt røyk smak sammen med bittersmak.....

Bottle. Black body with a light brown head. Dark malty aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, lemon, plum. Taste is heavy dark malts, strong coffee, dark fruits. Medium sweetness, with a hoppy and roasty bitter finish. Dry and clean roasty aftertaste. Quite nice.

Cola colored beer with dense beige head. Aroma has loafy maltiness and chocolaty and cocoaish sweetness. Flavor is roasted malty and coffeeish. Palate is thin and has stinging bitterness. Finish has slowly building dry bitterness, coffee and mocha. A bit too thin.
