COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The intense flavors of dark-roasted malt in our rendition of the classic English porter are perfectly balanced by a generous and complex hop character. Bully! Porter’s robust nature makes it the ideal companion to a variety of foods, from seafood to chocolate.

Draft at Jerry’s. Black with decent, creamy, tan head / Dry nose of roast coffee & barley, and caramel / Medium body, grassy & acidic, chewy, hint of sweetness but mostly dry and astringent, but with solid body support, and bitter finish / Flavors of dark roast coffee, bittersweet chocolate, and grass, with caramel and lemon notes / Solid porter in a very dry style.

Classic porter with a thin body but high drinkability. Slightly bitter in the end with some usual chocolate and coffee in the back. Not a bad one.

Boulevards best regular offering. Often overlooked. One of the most robust porters out there. Very easy drinking almost session able if the abv was a tad lower.

Dark reddish beer with a creamy huge head. Aroma is dark roasty malts with some sweetness, dark rye bread and a nice amount of hops. Taste is pleasant, but maybe just not quite on par with the aroma. Delightful hops make this different to the porters I've drank before. Smooth and pleasant. Finishes a bit quickly. All in all very good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml bottle from Alko Arkadia. Extremely dark reddish brown colour, small beige frothy head, decent lacing. Heavily malty roasty aroma of coffee and dark chocolate, moderate to heavy herbal and piney hops. Taste is initially slightly on the sweet side but more balanced than many, long moderately bitter finish with a burnt feel. Full body, lively carbonation, between oily and creamy texture. One of the more pleasant porters I tasted, though a few of the local ones have a more intense aroma. Very pleasant anyway.
