jefcon (997), Arlington, Virginia, USA Nov 21, 2008 Boulevard packs a wallop into this corked 750ml IPA. Apricot-orange on the nose, very light in color, and ultimately floral and perfumey. The aggressive hopping is paired with an excellent choice in hops: they are fragrant and stingingly bitter. Mostly citrus and perfume. Well-balanced and surprisingly drinkable. fordest (1954), Santee/San Diego, California, USA Nov 20, 2008 750 ml bottle. Lots of hop citrus aromas. Flavors moved more to grass and pine. Very hoppy and very tasty. Homer321 (127), Rockledge, Florida, USA Nov 20, 2008 courtesy of mcbackus. smokey hop smell, nice flower like taste. lots of alcohol present and obvious. nice malt backbone. very awesome the more I think about it. slight acidic aftertaste. shigadeyo (2210), Harrison, Ohio, USA Nov 19, 2008 Batch Number D8121
10/30/2008: Boulevard Double-Wide India Pale Ale is dark amber and nearly opaque with fine sediment. There is a large, rocky beige that leaves dense, detailed lacing. The aroma has aged citrus, is malty, and alcohol is sneaking out. Toffee maltiness, "sour citrus tone", bitter orange, and red grapefruit can all be found in the flavor. This beer has a medium-full body, is smooth, and has a thick texture. Overall this is a pretty good and flavorful IPA, but WHERE IS THE BITTERNESS?!

Tmoney99 (4656), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Nov 19, 2008 Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured hazy golden color with a huge frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus hoppy and light malt aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bitter finish of medium duration. Very good brew. CaryTheDude (1113), Longmont, Colorado, USA Nov 19, 2008 Crushed with Jakebra. Hoping I got a bad bottle. Good nose. Looks beautiful Dish soap in the flavor. Bummer. Had lots of potential, but soap doesn’t agree with my taste buds, aight? barnzy78 (7), Illinois, USA does not count Nov 18, 2008 Well worth the pick-up seeing as I’m not in a distribution area. Great up-front maltiness, but then comes the great hop finish. Excellent. daknole (2805), Plantation, Florida, USA Nov 15, 2008 thanks mar! what a great beer. orangish color. very fluffy head. aroma is pine, floral, fruit hops and some sweet malt. flavor is malty, juicy and of course some great hops dance on the tongue. well done. very well done.
