The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, grapefruit, and oranges, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Storm for sharing. Papsoe (11030), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 14, 2008 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Storm. Slightly hazy, amber golden with a dense, creamy, off-white head that leaves some lacework. Fresh aroma of citrus and pine. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, sweetish caramel and a dry but not overly bitter finish. A very smooth and not overly extreme Double IPA. 110108 yespr (7782), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jan 12, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a dense white head. Pine needles and fruity notes aroma. Flavour is fruity with a slight liqourice note. Softly balanced with a nice fruity and some sweet malt flavours. Fruity and sweet at once without being overly so.
