Boulevard Ginger-Lemon Radler is a zesty, refreshing take on the tradition of mixing beer with soda or lemonade to create a light, thirst-quenching beverage ideal for warm weather. Radler (literally “cyclist,”) takes its name from active German sportsmen of a hundred years ago, but our version tastes just as good even if you do nothing more strenuous than lifting it to your lips.

Poured from bottle, pours a hazy gold with a thin white head, aromabusbof ginger and some lemom zest with a hint of sourness as well, the flavor has a ginger ale front end with a lemon and sour finish, light and easy drinking, surprisingly not that bad.

Cloudy gold pour with fizzy white head that fades to a ring. Aroma is ginger ale and lemon. Taste is ginger ale, lemonade, and light cereal. Sprtitzy carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink.

This beer pours a cloudy golden color with a large white head that fades quickly and with some dark, large-grain sediment floating throughout the liquid. The aroma has a lot of lemon and ginger, which is almost overwhelming. The taste is quite sweet and slightly sour with lemon being the predominant flavor, and the aftertaste has a little more ginger than the initial flavor despite the heavy amount of lemon. The palate fuses a thin texture, average carbonation, and a medium-light body. Overall, this is too damn sweet for me to want another.

Bottle. Ginger ale and lemon aroma. Sweet ginger/lemon, hay, and barley malt flavor. Very nice blending. A radler with beer taste - very nice.

Bright yellow body, moderately hazy. Small white cap. Huge ginger aroma with lemon. Lemon drops and ginger candies. Light sweetness. Light bodied with a delicate, prickly carbonation. Quite flavorful and enjoyable. A great way to kick start a tasting session. Delicious.

Cloudy yellow pour. Aroma of lemonade/limes. Tastes like ginger with the rind on (planty/earthy). Mid fizzy. Decent, but nothing special.

Tap - average size foamy head, hazy medium straw color, pretty strong (not in a bad way) lemon and ginger aroma and flavor, sweet wheat backbone, pretty effervescent, kind of like a ginger ale with lemon, and a mild beer kick - would be awesome on a hot summer day outside ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Summer time enjoyment in a tall glass! Lower ABV makes for a light, easy to drink beer. Not over-lemony. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Out of the sampler over 4th of July. Lemon and ginger overpower. Hazy, dirty piss yellow. Taste leans ginger. A little too tart and slightly syrupy. Meh.

Bottled. Very hazy yellow with a decent amount of suspended particles. Bright white head is initially very large and fluffy but falls to a thin ring rather quickly. Aroma is - not surprisingly - strong of lemon and ginger, with a bit of sweet honey and vanilla cookie malts. Flavor is quite sour with loads of lemon fruit and some subtle ginger spiciness towards the end. Finish is of slightly grainy straw, biscuits, and sweet/sour lemondrop candies. I’ve never been particularly fond of the radlers that have been frequently popping up from various brewers (both large and small) across America in the past 3-5 years, but this one being heavier in the lemon sourness than other radlers I’ve experienced, is slightly more interesting.
