Courtesy of kmweaver. Hazy amber body with a medium-sized beige head. Bready, cracker nose with light caramel and herbal hops. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter taste with cracker, vienna malts, cookie dough and herbs. Medium/light body is round with moderate carbonation.

12oz bottle, courtesy of pepsican. Thanks, Andy! Pours a hazy, reddish tea-like color; light tan head with fine-bubbled lacing. Solid amounts of tea, earthiness, and mineral hop bitterness in the aroma. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: crisp carbonation; lively citrus and earthy bitterness, candy sugar; biscuity malts; the English bitterness is soft, slightly chewy; very nice, drinkable beer. Medium finish: breadiness, earthy malts, and some lingering bitterness.

Bottle. Pour is a lovely copper/amber color with a two-finger tan head. Aromas are of bread dough maltiness with a bit of a piney character to the hops which makes it smell fresh and crisp. The resin-like hops doesn’t come through much in the flavor, and taste is dominated by malty bread and caramel. Still, it’s pretty decent.

St. Patty’s day. Aroma is caramel malt, grainy, a bit herbal as well. Lightly toasted grains, some smoke, and barley flavors. Finishes grassy and slighty bitter. An American take on an Irish red.

Oh, just to be predictable, a few irish style beers for st patricks. This is not a bad start. Pours a nice dark copper, an orangish head the fades pretty fast. The smell is sweet with a hint of grassiness. A nice malty flavor to it, but the body is a bit overly carbonated and bright to my tastes. It’s a solid effort.

12 oz. bottle served in a shaker pint.
Pours a pretty reddish gold with a thick head. Crisp hop aroma with caramel malt.
Sweet maltiness up front, caramel. Medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. Fresh hop flavor. Very easy drinking. This beer is a great example of the beauty of fresh, local beer.
Nothing spectacular, but when you get it in season, it really shines.

On tap. Has a nice brown color with white head. Smells of hops and caramel. Tastes great. Nice balance...love the hops in this one! Medium body with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
